In order to respect the time and livelihood of our therapists, Bloom Skincare requires a minimum of 24 hours notice (48 hours for groups) to cancel or reschedule services and appointments. Changes made less than 24 (48) hours ahead will be subject to a 50% service fee. Service fees increase to 100% after 3 violations, or when no communication precedes a no-show.
